Once you have received your order, you should have 2 Beans credited to your account. You may check out your Beans by clicking on your icon on the upper right, selecting 'My Profile', and going to 'My Beans'.


If you have received your order and have not received your Beans, please send us an email at customercare@edamama.ph with the following details:

  1. Order number

  2. Name registered with edamama

  3. Email registered with edamama
