edamama recognizes that as your family grows, your needs evolve. That's why we've ensured that you can adjust your Subscribe & Save (S&S) subscription whenever necessary. Here's a guide on how to modify your subscription:


1. What attributes can I modify?

You have the flexibility to adjust the quantity of items, delivery frequency, payment method, delivery address, and even the subscribed product directly from your profile. To initiate edits, follow these straightforward steps:


STEP 1:

Navigate to 'Profile' and then click on 'Subscriptions' to locate your active subscription(s).


 

STEP 2: 

Tap on the subscription you’d like to edit. 

 

 

STEP 3: 

Edit the item quantity, delivery frequency, or even the product as needed.

 

STEP 4: 

Update your delivery address by adding “new” or selecting from one of your pre-saved addresses.

On the same page, you can also choose to skip a month’s order or cancel your subscription entirely.


2. How do I skip a subscription order?

Skipping a subscription means that you choose not to place an order on the next subscription date based on your preferred frequency. 


For instance, skipping a 30-day subscription starting May 20 means placing the next order on July 19 instead of June 19. 


Here's how to skip a subscription order:


STEP 1: 

Tap ‘Profile’, then ‘Subscriptions’ to find your active subscription(s).



STEP 2: 

Tap on the subscription you’d like to skip. 



STEP 3: 

Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap ‘Skip Order’ if you wish to skip the next order date. 

 


There is no limit to the times you can skip your subscriptions, so you can get your products exactly when you need them. 


On the same page, you can also edit your subscription quantity, frequency, or product, and even cancel your subscription entirely.

3. How do I change my subscription payment method? 

Even after you start your subscription, you can switch payment methods for your succeeding orders. You can choose from our two available recurring payment methods: Cash on Delivery and Credit/Debit Card. 

Note: International-issued cards are not accepted.


Here’s how to change your subscription payment method directly from your profile:


STEP 1: 

Go to Profile, then tap ‘Subscriptions’ to find your active subscription/s.




STEP 2: 

Choose the subscription you’d like to modify.



STEP 3: 

Tap ‘Change Payment Method’.




STEP 4: 

Choose your preferred payment method, and you’re good to go!
