STEP 1: Go to www.edamama.ph and click ‘Login’
STEP 2: Click on ‘Forgot your password?’ on the pop-up that will appear.
STEP 3: Enter the email address you use for your edamama account.
STEP 4: You’ll receive a password change email from us to the same email you have registered. All you have to do is click the ‘RESET PASSWORD’ button and you will be redirected to a page where you can set a new password.
App:
Step 1: Sign in to your edamama app and click on Forgot Password.
Step 2: Enter your registered edamama email address.
2 Possible outcomes:
Customer will get an error message for incorrect/unregistered email address.
If the email address is correct, customer will receive a message that a password reset link has been sent.
