If your order remains marked as Pending Payment or is still in "to pay" status, it's likely due to a few reasons that may have occurred during the checkout process:

  • You opted out in the middle of making a purchase (ie., navigating away from GCashor GrabPay before finishing the transaction).

  • There was a disconnection before the transaction could be finalized.

  • Something went wrong between our payment provider and your bank. 

Here's what you can do to address this:

  1. Open the edamama mobile app and navigate to your Profile > My Orders page.

  2. Look for the Retry Payment button. If you don't see this option, ensure that your app is updated to the latest version.

     

  3. Select your preferred payment method. Please note that if you initially chose Cash On Delivery, you won't be able to switch to other payment methods at this point.

  4. For Non-COD payments, proceed to complete the payment process.

  5. Once payment is successfully processed, we'll begin processing your purchase.

    Important Reminders:
    • The Retry Payment feature is available exclusively on the app. Ensure that you have the latest version installed.

    • Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled if payment isn't completed by the specified cancellation date.

    • If you placed your order as a Guest on the Edamama website, kindly reach out to us with your Order ID. Our Customer Care team will provide a payment link for you to continue the transaction.
