TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON SUBSCRIBE AND SAVE OFFER
- edamama’s Subscribe & Save Program provides a convenient way to place an advance order through the platform and have it delivered to your doorstep based on how frequently you need it.
- Subject to future promotions, the Company reserves the right to modify, amend, alter, or supplement the Terms and Conditions of this option without the need for prior notice to the subscriber. By subscribing, you are deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions, including any modifications, amendments, alterations, or supplements thereto.
- All subscriptions shall be to the approval of the Company.
- You may avail of the option to subscribe for eligible products sold by the Company with the option to reorder them every 30 days or 60 days. If availed of, the Company shall automatically enter in its system the said order for the Customer.
- Eligible subscribers, at the sole discretion of the Company, may receive discounts, freebies, free deliveries, and other products or services, subject to the approval of the relevant authorities.
- The Company shall ensure that the subscribers can avail of the product with the Best Price Guarantee (“BPG”). This means that the product selected under this option shall always reflect the lowest price for the same product sold within the Edamama platform.
- The timeliness of deliveries shall be subject to the following:
- Metro Manila - 3 days from the date order was placed
- Luzon (outside of Metro Manila) - 5 days from the date order was placed
- Visayas and Mindanao - 7 days from the date order was placed
The preceding rules do not apply should there be any specific border, local government issuances, and other policies issued by Legal Authorities which affect the delivery of the subscribed product.
- This subscription is not transferrable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
- For cancellations or changes in the subscription, you can freely access and change those details through the Edamama profile under My Subscription.

Step 1: Log in to edamama.ph.
Step 2: Click the downward arrow icon beside your profile photo and tap My Subscriptions.
Step 3: Under My Subscription, click Edit Subscription and update the details with the changes you prefer
- To edit subscriptions in your profile:
- The promotion is limited to one account and one subscription.
- The Company reserves the right to modify any order and/or subscription, or revoke the use of the subscription for any reason, including the following circumstances:
(a) Suspicious or fraudulent purchasing activity or subscription use;
(b) Subscription abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers; or
(c) Subscription used in bad faith.
- Reselling the said product is strictly prohibited.
- We aim to provide the best quality products to the public at the best possible price. To ensure that a greater number of the buying public are able to enjoy our subscription program, we have set up a Purchase Limit for each of the products made available on the website. The Purchase Limit is the maximum number of items that one buyer can purchase. It is on a product level, regardless of the variations purchased. The Purchase Limit for each product shall be set by the Company depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to the availability of stocks and the amount of discount provided.
- Violations of the Terms and Conditions shall disqualify the subscriber from availing of the option and other possible penalties, such as suspension or deactivation of the account.
15. Return policies are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Company.

All prices under this program are subject to change without the need for prior notice and are not guaranteed, except the price for an order that has been accepted by edamama. edamama reserves the right to make any corrections to prices quoted due to clerical errors, errors of omission, or specific requirements (such as, but not limited to, shipment changes, price increases, etc.).
