1. edamama's Subscribe & Save Program offers a convenient method to pre-order items through the platform and have them delivered to your doorstep according to your preferred frequency.

  1. The Company reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions of this program without prior notice, which subscribers are deemed to accept upon subscribing. 

  1. Approval from the Company is required for all subscriptions.

  1. Customers can subscribe to eligible products and choose to reorder them every 15, 30, 45, 60, 90, or 120 days. If availed of, the Company shall automatically enter in its system the said order for the Customer.

  1. Eligible subscribers may receive discounts, freebies, free deliveries, or other benefits at the discretion of the Company.

  1. The Company ensures that subscribers receive products at the Best Price Guarantee, meaning they will always get the lowest price within the edamama platform for the selected product.

  1. Delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro Manila: 3 to 5 days after placing the order

  • Luzon (outside of Metro Manila): 5 to 12 days after placing the order

  • Visayas and Mindanao: 7 to 12 days after placing the order

These timelines may vary due to specific border regulations, local government directives, or other legal authorities' policies affecting product delivery.

  1. This subscription is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  1. To make cancellations or changes to your subscription, you can easily manage your details through your edamama profile under "My Subscription."

STEP 2: Click the dropdown arrow beside your profile photo and select ‘My Subscriptions’.

STEP 3: Under ‘My Subscription’, click ‘Edit Subscription’ and update the details as needed.

  1. The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel any order or subscription, or revoke subscription usage under certain circumstances, including:

  • Suspicious or fraudulent purchasing activity or subscription use.

  • Subscription abuse, such as using multiple accounts or multiple checkouts by the same customer or group of customers.

  • Subscription use in bad faith.

  1. Reselling the products is strictly prohibited.

  1. To ensure wider access to our subscription program and maintain quality products at the best prices, we have implemented a Purchase Limit for each product on the website. This limit is determined by various factors, including stock availability and discounts offered.
