When and where will the New Mama Expo Holiday Edition take place?

From November 29, 2024, to December 1, 2024, from 10 AM to 9 PM, at the SMX Convention Center, SM Aura.

How can I avail of the free gift wrapping service?

To avail of the *free gift wrapping service, simply show a valid receipt of items purchased at the New Mama Expo Holiday Edition.

*Note: Oversized and bulky items (including diaper boxes) cannot be wrapped at the moment

Can I leave my items and come back later for pick-up after they are wrapped?

No, you must stay with your items while they are being wrapped. We do not store or hold items, and leaving them without a representative is not permitted.

Is there a limit to the number of gifts I can have wrapped?

If the service is at full capacity, we will limit wrapping to 3 gifts per customer. However, if the line is moving freely, there is no limit to the number of gifts you can have wrapped.

Also, Oversized and bulky items (including diaper boxes) cannot be wrapped at the moment.

What type of items are eligible for gift wrapping?

Only items purchased at the expo and with a valid receipt are eligible for free gift wrapping as long as items are not oversized and bulky items (including diaper boxes) since these cannot be wrapped at the moment

Can I use the free gift wrapping service more than once?

Yes, you can use the service multiple times as long as you have a valid receipt for the items you want wrapped, but please note the 3-gift limit per visit if we're at capacity.

 Do I need to bring my own gift wrap materials?

No, we will provide all necessary materials for the free gift wrapping service.

Is there a time limit for availing of the gift wrap service?

The gift wrapping service is available during expo hours. However, it's best to wrap your gifts early, as there may be long lines at peak times.

What happens if I need to step out of the line after joining?

Unfortunately, if you leave the line, we cannot hold your place or store your items. You will need to rejoin the line when you are ready to have your items wrapped.

Can I have items wrapped that were not purchased at the expo?

No, the free gift wrapping service is only available for items purchased at the New Mama Expo Holiday Edition with a valid receipt.

What if I have more than 3 gifts but the line is at capacity?

If the line is busy, we will wrap up to 3 gifts per customer. If you have additional gifts, you can rejoin the line after your first set of items is wrapped, or you can wait until the line slows down.

 Can I request specific wrapping styles or designs?

Our team will provide standard gift wrapping. Rest assured, all gifts will be wrapped beautifully and professionally.

What should I do if my items are too large to be gift wrapped?

If your items are too large for our wrapping service, our staff will let you know. We may not be able to accommodate oversized and bulky items (including diaper boxes).

 Is there a cut-off time for gift wrapping?

The gift wrapping station will operate during expo hours. However, we recommend getting your items wrapped early, as we may stop accepting new customers if the line becomes too long near closing time.

Will gift wrapping still be available if supplies run out?

We will do our best to maintain an ample supply of wrapping materials. In the unlikely event that we run out, we will inform customers and may suggest alternative options.
