What is edamama New Mama Expo - Holiday Edition?

This year’s New Mama Expo is set to be an engaging, memorable, and action-packed experience for the whole family, just in time for the upcoming holidays! From festive shopping to holiday-themed activities, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Join us from November 29 to December 01, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM at the SMX Convention Center, SM Aura.

How can I register? Is there an entrance fee?

The New Mama Expo - Holiday edition is FREE. Pre-register here or you can walk-in and register at the event.

I did not receive the QR code after registration,what should I do?

• Pre-registration confirmation with your QR code will be sent via email and Viber on or before November 28,  2024. 

• For those who registered beyond November 28, 12:00PM, a screenshot of the confirmation page of your registration will serve as your ticket to the Fair.  

• Reminder to check your email’s SPAM folder. In case you still did not receive the QR code on November 28, 2024, get in touch with our customer care here.

Pre-registration guidelines

• If you are attending as a group/family, only one (1) member needs to pre-register

• One-time registration if the customer is attending multiple days.
  
  

• Customers can pre-register until November 28, 12pm.

If I’m not able to get to the expo, can my husband or any members of my family attend and use my QR code? If yes, what will be the requirement/s to bring?

Yes! Any member attending just needs to present the email confirmation with QR code at the event or you may register at the venue.

Can I register multiple names (all members of my family) using my email address?

No, this is not possible. You will need a unique email address to register and get the QR code.

What are the participating brands?

There will be 150+ loved and trusted brands participating in this event. Catch exclusive deals from mama approved brands including Pampers, Tiny Buds, Looping, Joie, Mustela, Avent, Anko, bean, Superamama Lab, Cycles, Cradle and many more.

What is the schedule of the New Mama Expo - Holiday Edition?

edamama New Mama Expo will run for four days:

• November 29 - 30, 2024 | 10am to 10pm

• December 01, 2024 | 10am to 9pm

How to go to the venue?

You may pin SMX Convention Center, SM Aura, Metro Manila via any Transport App.

Where can I park my car?

SMX Aura has indoor parking for 1,700 vehicles - three (3) levels of basement parking. For parking fee, please refer below:

-Monday to Friday | Php 60 for first 4 hours, Php 20 for every succeeding hours

-Saturday to Sunday | Php 60 fixed rate.

Where do pre-registered customers enter?

Customers who are pre-registered and have a QR code must go to the registration booth to have their QR codes scanned and to claim their freebie.

My QR code cannot be scanned/ not working, what will I do?

No worries! Just proceed to the registration area and our event staff will take note of the QR code number needed for you to enter the event.

Reminder also to double check your email’s SPAM folder, and/or viber/SMS for the QR code/ QR code number.

What can we expect at the Community Lounge?

The Community Lounge has so much in store for you! Sit back and relax with your mama friends here or drop by for a free photobooth session care of Bundle of Joy Studio!

Will eco bags be provided for shoppers?

Yes, but we also encourage you to bring your own eco bags.

Are foods and drinks allowed inside?

We discourage bringing foods and drinks inside the event hall. No worries though, for we have the Grab Hub where food and drink concessionaires are stationed.

Are pets allowed during the event?

No. Pets are not allowed inside the hall venue.

What payment methods are accepted in the checkout counters?

Merchant booths

GCash, Maya, Other e-wallets, all major debit & credit cards are accepted

Centralized cashier

Cash and installment payment are accepted such as:

• BPI - 0% up to 3 months;

  - regular installment up to 24 mos

• BDO - 0% up to 3 months;

  - regular installment up to 36 mos

• Eastwest, Unionbank/Citibank, Bank of Commerce - 0% up to 3 months

• HSBC & Chinabank - 0% up to 6 months

• BillEase

Can I use my beans Rewards or beans Credits to purchase items in the expo?

Yes! 1st time ever in edamama expo, you can redeem 200 beans Rewards or beans Credits and use it 100% at no minimum spend required!

How to redeem?

Redeeming is easy with these 3 steps!

1. Proceed to any cash counter and show your app account details for verification.

2. edamama staff will verify your account and debit the 200 beans Rewards or beans Credits from your edamama account.

3. The cash counter staff will issue a unique coupon which you can now use to buy at any merchant booth.

How do I get a Bean Bag?

Purchase from November 29 - December 01, 2024 with a *minimum spend of at least P5,000 worth of products at New Mama Expo 2024 from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily at the SMX Convention Center, SM Aura.

*Only transactions made from participating merchants are eligible for Bean Bag redemption, food concessionaires are not included.

*Customers must have the edamama app downloaded to be eligible for the bag.

What is inside the Bean Bag?

**Assorted bath & body supplies, kids accessories, food & nutrition items and mama & baby essentials.

**Contents of the Bean Bag bag may vary.

How do I get an edamama Little bean Backpack?

Shop at least P5,000 worth of items in edamama, Bean or Anko booths.

How can I return/replace purchased items during the Expo?

Items purchased during the expo are required to be inspected before checkout.

You may return the product within 7 days from the time the item is purchased/delivered, under any of these circumstances:

• Product is damaged 

• Product is defective

• Size/color does not match item ordered

Items not allowed for exchange, refund and replacement are the following categories: breastfeeding, reproductive health, food & nutrition, and other items considered as intimates & for hygienic purposes.

In the case that you want to exchange your item/s and it is covered by our return policy, please reach out to us here! We’d be glad to assist!

Walk-ins are welcome!

• If you are attending as a group/family, only one (1) member needs to register.

• No QR code will be generated for walk-ins anymore

• After registering, walk-ins will be given an event brochure/ticket which they will show at the entrance as proof they registered

• No voucher perk for walk-ins
