For changing items within an order, we will need to cancel your order in full and place another one with the item/s you want. Do note that we are only able to cancel the order only until the order status 'Packed'.


You may check your order's status by clicking on your icon on the upper right and on 'My Orders'.

We can no longer cancel orders if it has been shipped and you have received a text or email that your delivery is on the way. 


If you'd like to change specific items in your order, please send us an email at customercare@edamama.ph with the following details: 



  1. Order number

  2. Item/s you want to change and item/s you want to replace it with

  3. Reason for changing
