1. Changing items in an order
When you want to change the items of a placed order, we would need to cancel your order in full and place another one with the item/s you want. Please note that we can only cancel orders that are not yet shipped.
If you already received a text or email saying your delivery is on the way, that means your order can no longer be canceled.
Further, you may check your order status by clicking on your profile icon in the upper right corner of your screen and select 'My Orders' from the dropdown options.
If you confirmed that your order is yet to be shipped and you'd like to change specific items in it, please don't hesitate to reach out to us here with the following details:
Item/s you want to change and item/s you want to replace it with
Reason for changing
Please note that once your order has been canceled, any promo code that you have applied will also be forfeited.
2. Can I change my delivery details?
You may change your delivery details only if your order is not yet shipped. Please check your order status and make sure that it is not past ‘Packed’ before creating any delivery modification.

Your new name, contact number, and/or delivery address
