You may return an ordered product within seven (7) days from the time it was delivered, given any of these circumstances:
damaged items/parcel
missing items (parcel not tampered)
lost parcel
expired products
unsuccessful prepaid deliveries
overcharged
defective product
wrong item
need to change size
- if the size received is correct, but is too small or too big for the wearer
- applicable only for bean, Cottonkind, and Seams 195 (within Metro Manila only)
The following items are non-returnable due to hygienic reasons purposes:
Formula and food
Intimate wear
Consumable items
Breast pump
Baby bottles
Made-to-Order items
Upon return, the product should be in its original condition, with packaging and tags intact.

If the return request has been confirmed, we’ll coordinate with you on the pick-up and exchange of your item.

We’ll be forwarding your details to our team and we’ll be getting in touch with you if your request for a refund is approved. Once your request for a refund has been approved by our team, please wait for 1-3 business days before your edamama beans are credited to your account.
