You may return your item/s under any of these circumstances:



  1. The product is damaged upon delivery.

  2. The product is defective.

  3. The size and/or color do not match your order.

  4. You would like to change the size and/or color.


Please note the following guidelines as well!



  1. Upon return, the product should be in its original condition, with tags intact.

  2. The following items are non-returnable due to hygienic purposes.


  • Formula and food

  • Intimate wear

  • Consumable items

  • Breast pump

  • Baby bottles

  • Made-to-Order



In the case that you want to exchange your item/s and it is covered by our return policy, please send us an email at customercare@edamama.ph with the following details:



  1. Order number

  2. Name registered with edamama

  3. Email registered with edamama

  4. Photos of the item

  5. Reason for exchange

  6. Replacement item


If the return request has been confirmed, we’ll coordinate with you on the pick-up and exchange of your item.


In the case that there is no replacement item available, we will be proceeding with refunding you. If your item is covered by our return policy, please reach out to us via customercare@edamama.ph and send us the following details so that we can process your refund through edamama Beans or store credits:



  1. Order number

  2. Order details (items, quantity & price)

  3. Name registered with edamama

  4. Email registered with edamama

  5. Reason for refund


We’ll be forwarding your details to our team and will be getting in touch with you if your request for a refund is approved. Once your request for a refund through edamama Beans has been approved by our team, the refund will take 1-3 working days.
