You may track your order in 2 ways!


OPTION 1: You may check the status of your orders at the ‘My Orders’ tab on your app. Check out what your order status mean here. 


Once your order is shipped out, the status of your order will become ‘Shipped’. You may track your order by clicking ‘Track Item’ which will redirect you to our partner courier's tracking link. Simply input your tracking number as stated on site. Note that your tracking number and order number are different.


OPTION 2: Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email and/or a message containing the estimated arrival date of your order, your tracking number, and the tracking link. You may input the tracking number in our partner couriers’ tracking links:

If you have not received anything yet, don’t worry! Our team is working on completing your order from our partner sellers. Do note that orders within Metro Manila will take 3-7 business days to be delivered, while provincial locations would require 7-14 business days. Our delivery schedule is from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
