You may track your order in 2 ways!


OPTION 1: You may check the status of your orders at ‘My Orders’. Check out What order statuses can I see? for the full list of order statuses!

Once your order is shipped out, the status of your order will become ‘Shipped’. You may track your order by clicking ‘Track Item’ which will redirect you to our partner courier's tracking link. Simply input your tracking number as stated on site. Note that your tracking number and order number are different.

OPTION 2: Once your order has been shipped out, you will be receiving an email and/or a message containing the estimated arrival date of your order, tracking number, and tracking link. You may input the tracking numbers in our partner couriers’ tracking links:

If you have not yet received anything, don’t worry! Our team is working on completing your order from our partner sellers. Do note that orders within Metro Manila will take 5-10 business days to be delivered, and 7-14 business days for addresses outside Metro Manila. Our delivery schedule is from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
