We are delighted to announce that as of August 9, 2023, our refund process has undergone a revamp for enhanced convenience. All canceled prepaid orders will now be automatically refunded via the original mode of payment.

Here are the revised refund timelines:

edamama Beans Credit for BPI Online (via Linked Bank Account): For payments made via BPI Online (via Linked Bank Account), refunds will be provided in the form of beans and will be processed within 2 to 3 business days. Should you prefer an alternative refund method, kindly fill out our refund form.

Charge Reversal for e-wallets (Gcash, Grabpay, Maya, other e-wallets): Refunds will be completed within 2 to 14 business days, depending on your chosen e-wallet facility.

Charge Reversal for Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be issued within 2 to 14 business days, varying according to your respective bank's processing time.
