We’re sorry to hear that you’d like to cancel your order. Please that we are only able to cancel the order only until the order status 'Packed'. You may check your order's status by clicking on your icon on the upper right and on 'My Orders'.
Unfortunately, we can no longer cancel orders if it has been shipped and you have received a text or email that your delivery is on the way. We'll try our best to coordinate with our logistics partners on your request. However, in the case that it still arrives and you've chosen Cash-on-Delivery as your mode of payment, you may refuse the delivery and your order will be sent back to us.
You may also cancel your order directly through your profile. To cancel, just follow these steps:
- Go to your Edamama account
- Head on to "my orders"
Check your recent order and click "cancel order"

- Reason for cancellation
Please note that once your order has been canceled, any promo code that you have used will also be forfeited. We’d also like to know the reason for cancellation in order for us to serve and make your experience with edamama better. We’re all ears!
