We’re sorry to hear that you’d like to cancel your order. However, please note that we can only cancel orders that are not yet shipped. 


If you already received a text or email saying your delivery is on the way, that means your order can no longer be canceled. You may check your order status by clicking on your profile icon in the upper right corner of your screen and select  'My Orders' from the dropdown options.


In case your order has already been shipped and you still wish to cancel it, we can try coordinating with our logistics partners to accommodate your request. In case it still arrives and you've chosen Cash-on-Delivery as your mode of payment, you may refuse the delivery and the parcel will be sent back to us.


You may also cancel your order directly through your profile. To cancel, just follow these steps:

  1. Go to your edamama account

  2. Head on to "My Orders"

Check your recent order and click "cancel order" on the specific transaction you wanted to cancel.

Please note that once your order has been canceled, any promo code that you have applied will also be forfeited. We’d also like to know the reason for cancellation in order for us to serve and make your experience with edamama better. We’re all ears!
