You may return an ordered product within 7 days from the time it was delivered, given any of these circumstances:

  • damaged items/parcel

  • missing items (parcel not tampered)

  • lost parcel

  • expired products

  • unsuccessful prepaid deliveries

  • overcharged

  • defective product

  • wrong Item 


How do I process a return, refund, or replacement?

Contact our Customer Care here and provide the order ID and the photo/video of the item for return, refund, or replacement. Prepare the items beforehand. Please make sure that the product is in its original condition and packaging with tags intact. Be sure to also include the manual/user guide, invoice, accessories, and freebies that come with the item, if there are any.


Schedule Pickup. Please expect an email or call from us to confirm your request. We will also ask you to confirm the pickup address of the  product/s you wish to return. Kindly include a printed/written copy of the Return Authorization Number in the parcel. The RA-xxxx code will be provided by our Customer Care team.

Please note that some items are not allowed for exchange, refund, and replacement. These include items from the following categories: breastfeeding, reproductive health, food & nutrition, and other items considered as intimates and for hygienic purposes.
