• Contact Customer Care at customercare@edamama.ph and provide the order ID, photo of the item for return, refund or replacement
    You may return the product within 30 days from the time the item is delivered, under any of these circumstances:

    • Product is damaged upon delivery

    • Product is defective

    • Size/color does not match item ordered

    • You would like to change the size/color

  • Prepare Your Items 

    • The product should be in its original condition and packaging with tags intact.

    • Include the manual/user-guide, invoice, accessories, and freebies (if any).

    • Schedule Pickup

    • Please expect an email or call from us to confirm your request & address for pickup of product/s to be returned

    • Include a printed/written copy of the Return Authorization Number in the parcel. The RA-xxxx code will be provided by our Customer Care team.

Items not allowed for exchange, refund and replacement are the following categories: breastfeeding, reproductive health, food & nutrition, and other items considered as intimates & for hygienic purposes
