What is the recent update on edamama’s shipping fee?

Starting September 25, 2024, our new flexible shipping fee model automatically adjusts the shipping fee based on the total weight, dimensions, quantity, and location, providing you with a better shipping fee upon checkout.

How will the shipping fee be calculated?

Effective September 25, 2024, our system automatically adjusts the shipping fee based on the total weight, dimensions of the items, and your delivery location. You’ll see the calculated shipping fee on the checkout page.

Will this change increase my shipping costs?

Shipping fees may increase for larger or bulkier items, and farther delivery locations but may decrease for smaller and lighter items, and nearer delivery locations. Our goal is to provide a better shipping fee across different types of orders.

How will I know the shipping fee for my order?

The shipping fee will be displayed at checkout after you’ve added items to your cart and entered or chosen your delivery details.
