Reason for return (see qualifications here)
Proof of purchase (Order confirmation email, Invoice, or waybill)
Unboxing video / Proof of unboxing
Approval process:
Once requirements is submitted, you will:
immediately receive an email confirmation that we have received your return request. Please take note of the unique ticket number sent to your email for reference.
receive an email from our Customer Care Team within 1-3 business days with the return details/instructions and refund Instruction (if replacement is not allowed/available).
Conditions:
Once request for return approved, you must return the items:
Unused, unwashed, untorn with all its original tags intact and should be returned in the original manufacturer/brand packaging/box (like it was shipped to you), along with its original accessories, user manual, warranty cards (wherever applicable).
No damage, dent, scratch, (received as is)
Original tags and labels remain intact
