1. [Vouchers] Will my voucher be refunded if my order is returned?

    • Your voucher (e.g. Cashback vouchers, discount vouchers, Free Shipping vouchers, etc.) will be replaced within 24 to 48 hours after an order cancellation or return has been approved. This is provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The voucher is still within the validity period for use.

  • The voucher was applied to one order only.

  • If you have applied your voucher across multiple orders and one of the orders was canceled, the voucher amount applied to the canceled order will not be refunded or replaced. 


  1. [Shipping Fee] Will the return shipping fee I paid be refunded if my order is returned/refunded?

    • The initial shipping fee that you paid for an order will be refunded to you if the following conditions are met:

  1. Your return/refund request is for all products purchased (all shipments in 1 order)

  2. Your return/refund request is approved.

  • If you are requesting a partial return/refund of products purchased from one seller (e.g. 1 out of 2 products ordered, 2 out of 5 products ordered), only the shipping fee applied to order returned/canceled will be refunded.
